ABOUT THE COMPANY
Hey everyone! I am Allison, the owner of Chouxfly Baking Company. I've spent the majority of my career thus far crafting desserts as a pastry chef in NYC, until moving down to Atlanta last year to start the next chapter of my life.
This company is the brainchild of years and years of delicious ideas that I had never had a chance to create because alas, my NYC apartment kitchen was not that great! I'm a lover of sprinkles and all things nostalgic, and absolutely believe that dessert is one of the best ways to show love. Right now this is a cottage food bakery, but with a little bit of determination and a lot of sugar, who knows what the future will hold!
